Dry Fog is Your Best Option

Dry fog technology is the defining difference that separates Pure Maintenance from traditional remediation companies.  Our patented dry fog is your best option for Whole Home Remediation of Mold, Viruses, Bacteria and Other Biotoxins, When Combined with Traditional Water Damage Restoration

By using two patented and powerful processes, Pure Maintenance kills mold where it grows. We start with the InstaPURE process, which fills the air with a thick dry-fog, killing and breaking down any mold, virus, or bacteria present.  We follow it up with the second step, the EverPURE process. We fog an antimicrobial on every surface from ceiling to floor, which creates a barrier that prevents any newly introduced mold, virus, or bacteria from settling onto the surface. That way, you know your house is safe and clean after the initial treatment.

Wet Fog or Mist (Conventional Approaches)

Older methods release large, heavy droplets that burst on contact and soak surfaces. Because the particles are so big, they leave uncovered gaps and often leave behind moisture and residue.

Dry Fog (Our Patented Method)

Our micro-sized vapor particles move through porous materials and bounce off surfaces, spreading as a dry, non-wetting cloud. This creates conditions where mold cannot survive or re-establish itself.

The process eliminates mold growth on surfaces as well as the spores floating through the air, reaching every corner of the structure — on materials, inside HVAC components, deep in fabrics, mattresses, and carpets. Pure Maintenance can preserve belongings that would normally be ruined, including furniture, clothing, and other items affected by mold. All treatment formulas are environmentally safe, thoroughly tested, approved for use, and gentle enough for people, pets, plants, and the surrounding environment.

Step 1: InstaPURE

The first phase of the Pure Maintenance dual-application system uses a dry sterilizing vapor called InstaPURE. This treatment seeks out mold spores throughout the building and renders them inert. Once the spores are neutralized, your home becomes a cleaner and safer place to breathe. InstaPURE is strong enough to disinfect any surface it reaches and is widely used in hospitals, childcare facilities, gyms, retail environments, transportation fleets, and other sensitive locations.

Step 2: EverPURE

EverPURE is applied after InstaPURE and provides ongoing protection. While InstaPURE neutralizes existing contamination, EverPURE prevents new spores from taking hold. It bonds invisibly to surfaces—keyboards, counters, door handles, and more—and remains active for up to 90 days. When a mold spore lands on a treated surface, the EverPURE layer disrupts the cell on contact.

Why Choose Mold Removal With Less Demolition?

More Effective

Our patented dry-fog process fills the full interior volume of a building with an approved sterilant. It treats surfaces, furniture, fabrics, air ducts, behind-wall spaces, and airborne spores at once. The coverage is so complete that we guarantee the results. When we finish, the indoor air quality is typically far cleaner than the air outdoors.

More Affordable

By eliminating unnecessary demolition and reconstruction, our process avoids the high labor and material costs typically associated with mold removal. That efficiency translates directly into savings for you.

Faster

Traditional remediation can take weeks just to treat one area—and then the rebuild phase begins. With dry fog, both the treatment and the protection phase can be completed in as little as four hours for most homes.

Less Invasive

Instead of sealing off rooms, bringing in crews for days or weeks, and removing materials from your home, Pure Maintenance simply sets up a few compact fogging nozzles. A few hours later, the treated space is free of harmful mold and ready to use.

Mold and its
effects

Between indoor plumbing and leaks from outdoor weather, dampness and water within a home, at some point are inevitable. Water can easily get trapped between walls, get sucked into the dark spaces in a home such as drywall, insulation, and carpet, and stagnate, creating a perfect environment for mold growth. Mold spores are found naturally in the outdoor air and, therefore, are also found inside homes. Where these damp, dark conditions exist mold grows and flourishes, growing to levels that cause health problems for you and your family.

Mold spores can be thick in the air even before there is visible evidence of mold being present. That mold gets into your body through the air you breathe, or the food you eat, or simply by getting on your skin. Studies have been done on what effect mold can have on people, especially young children. Some conditions that have been linked to mold include respiratory problems, chronic wheezing and coughing, and asthma.

This may seem like scary stuff, and it can be. Luckily there is an easy solution. Pure Maintenance offers mold removal and remediation services throughout many north Texas cities including Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, Plano, Allen and many more.  With our service, everything in your house can be left right where it is. No need to cover furniture, or take down pictures.  Most jobs can be done within a few hours, leaving your home and your air clean and clear.

Air Quality / Mold
Testing

On top of our mold treatment, we also offer in-home air testing. After collecting samples of the air in your home, the samples are overnighted to an independent, 3rd-party lab.  The lab identifies the types and quantities of mold in the air in your home that you and your family are constantly breathing on.  Upon receiving the results, we will work with you to ensure that the problem is resolved, allowing you to breathe easy knowing your air is clean and safe for you and your family.

Customer Review

Eli did a mold test on one of our rental properties. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, and patient. I wouldn’t consider hiring anyone else.

After we repaired all of the leaks and cleaned the AC units, ducts, and vents. We scheduled Eli. He explained his testing process and the different services his company offers. He called while he was there to ask questions about the mold concerns. A few days later he called us with the results. He explained every number on the test results, and gave us advice on what our options were. This has been a very stressful situation for us. Eli didn’t just give us the mold test results, he gave us peace of mind, hope, and confidence that this problem can be resolved.
