When a Pure Maintenance technician comes to do an inspection and air test, we will first talk about any places where you have seen mold and look for any plumbing leaks or anywhere that moisture may be lingering in the home. The most obvious areas are in bathrooms, under sinks, and in laundry rooms. We will also check air vents to see if any mold is present there. If you see something in your home but you aren’t sure if it is mold call us and we can come and check it out. Most of the time, all we need to determine whether there is mold present within your home is to do a visual inspection.
